2. Description of Service

Collectr is a digital collection management platform that allows users to catalog, organize, and showcase collectible items. We provide AI-powered identification, valuation estimates, and sharing tools for collectors.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use another person's account without permission.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Collectr offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
Provide valid payment information
Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for monthly/annual plans)

Refunds: Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Collectr (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Collectr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Contains malware or malicious code
Violates any person's privacy rights

6. AI Valuations Disclaimer

Valuation estimates provided by Collectr are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional appraisals and should not be relied upon for insurance, sale, legal, or financial decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated valuations. Always consult a certified appraiser for official valuations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service to spam or harass others

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
